Winning formulas for your business

Why finding the efficient marketing path may be so complicated for a small team?

The answer is: the internet does not move towards simplicity.

Digital channels are boosting with extraordinary pace, with hundreds of companies inventing new tools or adding features to old tools each day.

When you read this text, thousands of programmers are coding to either create your workflow for tomorrow, or destroy what you have today.

Have you ever tried to enter Youtube from scratch? — I did, and I failed with my channel (shame on me!)

It was not obvious for me, that Youtube is overloaded with high-quality expensive video production. Nowadays viewers are fed with bright content: it is not good to think you can succeed by shooting video on Iphone, when cars are exploded in the nearby video.

Success in various marketing channels demand investment, time, expertise and efforts.

However, your goal is to find a strategy in that mess.

Let me be candid with you: I reinvent my marketing strategies each half a year. And I call them “formulas”. They simply die in several months or stop working. Do you have the same?

Formula — is a number of winning online activities, that brings to result in some part of your business. For example, you may have a separate formula for your HR, and separate formula for your financial model. And of course, a lot of formulas for your marketing and sales.

If you build a startup, you will spend plenty of time trying to figure out reliable formulas for everything: product, market positioning, document workflow etc).

The constant change of everything will make your company adapt, adapt and adapt again.

How to meet that challenge? How to get reliable formulas working right now, right here?

Agency might be a solution.

Why? Narrow knowledge. When you deal with the agency — you avoid time demanding experiments. I adore watching how McDonalds (and similar food stuff companies) work from inside. The processes are amazing, like Swiss watches. All people are in the right places. If employee drops a bottle of water on a floor, it should be immediately utilized to the trash bin. This is example of best practice.

Agencies deal with various companies and industries, and accumulate huge volume of industry related best practices.

But knowledge is not the only value: doing things right require skills. Startup teams are often slammed with work and do not have time or understanding how to run their promotion at scale. Agency may help to structure their plan and follow the priorities.

If someone works great, someone has already paid for their fails.
