We should accept that digital marketing is complex nowadays: to many channels, too much noise. I see that small teams experience difficulty in organizing stable marketing flow because of many reasons: lack of resource, uncertainty, lack of understanding how to arrange that.

The simplest solution: you find one-two more or less productive marketing channels, where you are able to hook new clients and make stable day-to-day activities there. Successful marketing hates pauses and inconsistency. You should keep your strategy consistent, your activities uninterruptible.

But consistency is also complex: we are in different mood every day, not always you have energy to make the next step. This is why we use automation software, that allows us to plan daily routine and keep the wheel rolling.

▸In my agency I use and resell the software that allows me to keep outbound channels under control, spend 1–2 hours per day for it, have a plan for tomorrow and have the rest of my time for research, project execution and content.
